A2 Original Lino Cut Print

I was commissioned to create the poster for Kendal Mountain Festival 2024. Kendal Mountain Festival is the largest outdoors festival in the world, screening hundreds of related films, and running events inspiring people to get outside, explore and enjoy the world around us in a myriad of ways, from hiking to paragliding.

The theme for the 2024 festival was ‘balance’, and combined with the festival’s slogan ‘share the adventure’, I aimed to create a balanced composition, creating harmony between some of the fun activities people participate in highlighted at Kendal, and the plants and animals we share these adventures with.

A limited run of 10 original lino cut prints were sold at the festival, alongside a series of 300 digitally printed copies.
